Dakota has to be one of the calmest, loving border collies I've ever met.    A few pups out of each litter has his calm temperment.  He is our stud dog here at Cedar Ridge.  He has produced many smart pups for both work and play.  He loves to greet our guests.  On cold days  there is a cat named "Stripey" that sleeps on him and he doesn't seem to mind.  Dakota makes friends with everyone he meets.

Dakota stayed back at our cabin over night when we had the "Girl Scout Weekend" we felt safe having him with us .  He also loved all the attention from the girls.

Buddy and Dakota summer of 2008.  Both dogs love to be outside with many acres of land and woods to run on.  Buddy is a dog we rescued in 2004.  Dakota gets along well with other dogs.
